Kenneth Roger Randall – age 68, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Maine Veterans Home after a long illness. He was born in Salem, Mass. on May 25, 1943 the son of Joan (Lees) Randall and the late Roger E. Randall.
Ken was raised and educated in Peabody and Danvers, Mass. He graduated from Danvers High School in 1962.
He was employed by the Crystal Springs Beverage Co. in Middleton, MA.
Ken was a member of Danvers Demolay and North Shore Old Car Club.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War for four years, two of which were spent in Thailand. He was honorably discharged in 1970.
In addition to his mother of Beverly, Mass., he is survived by a brother, David L. Randall, and his wife Rebecca of Frisco, Texas, two nephews, Roger E. Randall and his wife Meghan of Frisco, Texas, and David P. Randall of Topsfield, MA, two nieces, Emily Randall and her husband Jeremy Shapiro of San Jose, Calif., and Annie R. Randall and her fiancée Jesse Sholemson of Newton, MA, two grandnephews Romeo of Newton and Elwin of Frisco, TX, a half-sister, Patricia Damon and her husband Rev. Albert Damon of Akron, NY, a step-brother George A. Needham and his family of New York City, his beloved aunt Barbara Morse of Wakefield, MA and several cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 24th at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta, ME. Burial will be in Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta, ME. Condolences may be expressed at www.plummerfh.com.
