Danvers — Lillian A. (Ballard) Thomas, 68, of Danvers, died Saturday morning at the Kaplan Family Hospice House following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Thomas.
Born in Chelsea, she was the daughter of the late David and Mabel (Brennan) Ballard. She was a Danvers resident for over forty years.
Lillian was employed by GTE Sylvania for many years. Known for her helpfulness, she was a loving, caring woman. She enjoyed caring for her cats and her fish.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary A. Allen of Danvers and her step-sons, Paul Lindquist of Danvers, Bob Hudson of Danvers.
