Hamilton — Jennie M Cronin, 89, a lifetime resident of Hamilton and wife of Robert H. Cronin, Sr. passed away on June 7, after an extended illness.
She owned "Antiques and Elderly Things" in Essex for over 25 years. Her love for antiques was only eclipsed by her love of gardening and bird watching.
For many years she was an active member of the First Methodist Church of Hamilton.
In addition to her husband of 68 years, she is survived by her son, Donald M Cronin of Danvers; a daughter, Rebecca A (Cronin) Wingate of Hawaii; and a grandson, Daniel M Cronin of New Hampshire. She was predeceased by a son, Robert H Cronin Jr., formerly of Lynn, and one brother, and four sisters.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, graveside in the Hamilton Cemetery, followed by a memorial reception at the First United Methodist Church, Hamilton, 391 Bay Road. Family and friends are respectfully welcomed.
