Middleton, MA — Mr. Richard J. Gould, 93, of Middleton, beloved husband of the late Adella (LeBlanc) Gould, died Monday morning, April 15th, 2013, at the Sutton Hill Nursing Center in North Andover.
Born in New Brunswick, Canada, he was the son of the late Israel and Sophie (Richards) Gould. He was raised and educated in Canada and immigrated to the United States in 1954 and has since resided in Middleton.
Mr. Gould had been employed as a master carpenter for many years until the time of his retirement.
A longtime resident of the Town of Middleton, Richard was a friend of the American Legion Post #227, in Middleton. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be deeply missed.
Richard is survived by his daughter, Marie Elsie Farrell and her husband, Richard, of North Andover, his son-in-law, Robert Tamborino, of Londonderry, N.H.; his five grandchildren, Christine Farrell, Julie Bouchard, Nicole Gray and Eric and Kendra Tamborino; his eight great grandchildren; his sisters, Auroa LeBlanc and Jeannine LeBlanc, of Canada; his brother Yules Gould, of Canada, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Linda Tamborino, and one sister and several brothers.
ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral will be held from the Peterson-O’Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St. (Rte. 62), Danvers, Friday at 10:15 a.m., followed by his funeral Mass in St. Agnes Church, Boston St., Middleton, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Burial is in Oakdale Cemetery, Middleton.
