Salem, MA — Donna M. (Ouellette) Blanchette, 65, of Salem, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday evening, April 12, 2014, with her family by her side. She was the devoted wife of Armand V. Blanchette Sr., with whom she had shared 22 years of marriage.
Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Irene (Louf) Ouellette. She later worked for Charter Professional Services (Partners) in Salem, and shortly after the company moved to Charlestown, for a total of 14 years. She left Partners to work for Mass General Physician Billing, also in Charlestown, for the next five years.
Donna was an active member of Ste. Anne Parish in Salem. She served on the Parish Council, taught CCD and was involved many of their fund-raising events. But Donna’s pride and joy, in addition to her family, was her 30 years devoted to singing in the Ste. Anne Choir.
