Beth (Perkins) Binns, 50


Wenham — Beth (Perkins) Binns, 50, beloved wife of Peter Binns, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Center in Salem, after her long fight with breast cancer.

Born in Portland, Maine, she was the beloved daughter of Robert and Anne (Blake) Perkins. She was raised in Wakefield and graduated from Wakefield High School, class of 1981 and earned her degree from Lesley University in 1985.

Beth had been employed for twenty seven years as a school teacher to Pre-K and Kindergarten students at the Children’s Center in Wakefield.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her loving daughter, Caitlyn Binns. She was also the sister of Bob Perkins and Susan Daly of North Andover, John Perkins of Woburn, Marylu Parker and her husband, Ken, of Tewksbury, David Perkins of New York City, and Anne Jaworski and her husband, Jim, of Danvers; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Richard’s Parish, 90 Forest St., Danvers, Friday (today) at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be private.
