Dracut, MA — Felix A. “Fil” LaRiviere, Jr., 71, of Dracut and formerly of East Boston, passed away on December 22, 2012, at Lowell General Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Carol D. (Lefter) LaRiviere. He was born in Salem, MA, on July 25, 1941, and was a son of the late Felix A. and Marjorie (Dow) LaRiviere. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Prior to his retirement, Fil was employed by GE as an Aircraft Engineer for over 30 years. He enjoyed vacationing in Montreal and West Palm Beach, FL. In addition to his loving wife, Fil is survived by sons Keith P. LaRiviere and his wife Cheri of Chelmsford, and Michael P. LaRiviere and his wife Shela of Haverhill; his grandson Casey, granddaughters Kristie, Kaylie, Savannah, and Myla. He is also survived by brothers; John, Richard, and Paul, and sisters; Donna, and Darlene; his former wife Jean Grant of Boynton Beach, FL, and his stepson Jeffrey V. Grant of East Boston.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be Friday from 4 to 8 pm at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 9 am at St. Mary Parish, 25 North Rd., Chelmsford.
