Haverhill — Patricia J. (Fenton) Paradis, 79, of Haverhill formerly of Lynn, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a long battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of William R. Paradis.
Born in Lynn, Patricia was the daughter of the late John and Alice (Spinney) Fenton. Patricia grew up in Lynn and attended St. Mary’s High School and Marian Court Junior College. She was a CNA and was employed at various hospitals and nursing homes in Lynn and Haverhill. She enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family and friends.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her son, Raymond Putnam and his wife, Gina of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Victoria and Julia; her siblings, Virginia Bean, Rita Muise and her husband, Roland, Robert Fenton and his wife, Virginia; her many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Simon. Patricia was preceded in death by her brothers, William Fenton, John Fenton Jr. and Daniel Fenton; and her sisters, Helen Hanson, Dorothy Fiore, Margaret (Ellie) Collette and Alice Fenton.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Kaplan Family Hospice staff for the wonderful care and love they gave to Patricia during the last few weeks of her life.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial funeral Mass in The Church of Saint Paul, 50 Union St. Hamilton on Thursday, February 14, at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 75 Sylvan St. Suite B-102, MA 01923.
