Aristomenes “Manuel” Constantopoulos, 91, lifelong of Ipswich, died Monday, March 12, 2012, in the Blueberry Hill Healthcare Center, Beverly, following his long illness.
Born in Ipswich on December 23, 1920, son of the late Vasilios and Rebecca (Pantelopoulou) Constantopoulos, he was a graduate of Ipswich public schools.
For many years he was employed at Sylvania in Ipswich. He loved sports, a loyal follower of the Boston Red Sox and was an avid dancer, a master of the Tango.
He is survived by a sister, Eva Constantopoulos of Ipswich and two cousins, Eugenia Sabanty and Benjamin Frothingham. He was the brother of the late Anastasia Hall.
