Cynthia "Cindy Welch" Cimaglia, 81


Peabody — Cynthia “Cindy Welch” (Terry) Cimaglia, 81, of Peabody, died early Monday morning at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late John Cimaglia.

Born in Quincy, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Mabelle (Whittaker) Terry. She later lived in Gloucester and has spent the last 21 years living in Peabody.

Cindy was known throughout the North Shore as she played the piano at various restaurants in Rocky Neck, Gloucester at the Patio and Lobster House and worked for over 30 years at the Kernwood Restaurant in Lynnfield.

Cindy is survived by her loving daughter, Jeanne Dunning of Newton, N.H., and her loving granddaughter, Samantha Dermody of Plaistow, N.H.
