Frank M. Camarda, 55, of Hampton Falls, died Monday, April 16, 2012 at Exeter Hospital after a brief and courageous battle against cancer.
He was born in Salem, February 19, 1957 a son of the late Frank and Lorraine (Cote) Camarda.
Mr. Camarda was raised in Marblehead and a graduate of Marblehead High School with the Class of 1975.
Frank met the love of his life, Lynn (Kaplan) Camarda, in 1979 and they were married in 1988. The couple settled in Brentwood, N.H., for 10 years before relocating to Hampton Falls. Frank founded Camarda Construction Corporation and proudly operated his company for the next 20 years.
Frank was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer and overall outdoorsman who always put everyone else before himself. He was known for his great sense of humor and selfless acts and will be truly missed by everyone.
In addition to his wife Lynn, he is survived by his son William Camarda of Hampton Falls; brothers, Thomas Camarda and his wife Eileen of Salem, Paul Camarda and his wife Terry of Salem; sister Jeannine Camarda and her husband Ron Crockett of Marblehead; and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: There will be no visiting hours. Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, April 21, 2012 in the First Congregational Church, 127 Winnacunnet Rd., Hampton. Burial will follow at the Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hampton Falls. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s name to the Beyond the Rainbow Fund, Exeter Hospital Community Relations, 4 Alumni Drive, Exeter, NH 03833.
