Salem, MA — Ronald F. Morin, 68, of Salem, lost his courageous battle against cancer on April 9, 2013, with his family by his side. Ron’s strength and perseverance inspired all that knew him. His humor and positive outlook brought comfort to his loving family every step of his journey.
He was born in Salem, Mass., and was employed for the City of Salem for forty years until his retirement.
He is survived by his loving wife Patricia, of Salem, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage; his children, Karen Morin Condon and her husband Derek, of Middleton, Brian Morin and daughter in law Rebecca Morin, and grandson Cameron of Danvers. He leaves his brother Richard and his sisters MaryAnne, Tina, Susan and Patsy, and several friends, whom he loved as family.
