Sharon Bernice (McHugh) Crull, 68, passed away on April 16th at the Kaplan Family Hospice in Danvers. She had courageously fought a tough illness for a long period of time.
Sharon was born in Salem, the daughter of the late Doris E. (Horne) and Robert T. McHugh. She attended school in Peabody and Danvers, and was a graduate of Danvers High School. For many years she operated her own ceramics business and instructed in art at the Hathorne Regional School. In her later career she was a human resource manager for several large electronic firms.
In addition to her parents, Sharon was predeceased by a daughter, Sherri Ann Shachook, and her husband, Keith Crull.
Sharon leaves her grandchildren, Alexander, Christopher, Tyler and Felicia; her stepdaughter, Pam, and her son-in-law, Charles Shachook. She also leaves her sister, Maureen McHugh, and her brothers, Lester and Robert McHugh.
ARRANGEMENTS: A memorial service will be held at Saint Peter's Episcopal Church (Chapel), 24 Saint Peter St., Salem, on Saturday, April 21 at 11:00am.
