Arnold Levin


Lynnfield, Middleton and Boynton Beach — Arnold Levin, of Boynton Beach, Fla., and formerly of Middleton and Lynnfield, entered into rest on September 21, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Charline (Tarutz) Levin for 54 years; devoted father of Bruce Levin and his wife, Lek, Robert Levin and his wife, Lisa, and Karen Powder and her husband, Scott; and cherished grandfather of Andrew, Jason and Harry Levin, and Maddie and Jocelyn Powder, and Madeleine, Drew and Max Jaffe.

Arnold grew up in Peabody, graduated from Indiana University and Boston University Law School. He practiced law in Peabody for over 50 years. Arnold was a past president of the Peabody Rotary, a board member of Temple Beth Shalom, and former Finance Committee member of the Town of Lynnfield.

He was well respected and loved by many.

ARRANGEMENTS: Services will be held at Temple Beth Shalom of the North Shore, 489 Lowell Street, Peabody, on Tuesday, September 24, at 11 a.m., with interment at the Temple Beth Shalom Cemetery in Danvers. Details of the memorial observance will be announced at the service.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to Temple Beth Shalom.
