Diana (Davis) Searles, 54


Salem MA — Diana (Davis) Searles, 54, died after a lengthy illness on August 26, 2013. A resident of Salem most of her adult life, Diana was the daughter of Virgil and Joanna (Kimball) Davis, and was born at Beverly Hospital. She attended schools in Danvers, where she was raised. She is predeceased by both parents, and is survived by three sisters, Jean Davis, Carolyn Costain and Christine Davis, all of Salem; and two nephews, Charlie Costain and his significant other, Theresa Roche of Peabody, and Aaron Costain and his significant other, Melissa Richardson of Salem.

Diana was very gregarious and loved most people, she never a bad word to say about anyone. Diana, for all of her life, worked helping the elderly and had worked in several local area nursing homes. She was very creative and always busy with arts and crafts projects, and loved home decorating, including landscaping.

Diana will be very sorely missed by her close family members.

ARRANGEMENTS: A memorial service will be held at the Grace Episcopal Church, 385 Essex St, Salem, Mass., with Rev. Deborah Phillips, Rector, on Sunday September 15, between 2 and 3 p.m.
