Phyllis Freedman, 70


Fort Myers, FL — Phyllis (Ross) Freedman, 70, of Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Peabody, Mass., and Middleton, Mass., entered into rest on October 13, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Barry M. Freedman; dear daughter of Sylvia Ross of Chelsea, Mass., and the late Irving Ross; devoted mother of Marc Freedman and his wife, Laura, of North Andover, Mass.; Jeffrey Freedman and his wife, Jane, of Newton, Mass., and Drew Freedman and his wife, Michelle, of Newton; loving sister of Jordan N. Ross and his wife, Bonnie, of Fort Myers; and cherished grandmother of Mindy, Ilana, Jerry, Noah, Corey, Julia, Joshua, Olivia, and Lilah.

ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be held at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin Street, Salem, Mass., on Wednesday, October 16, at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Peabody, Mass. Shiva observance following interment will be at the home of Marc and Laura Freedman, and continue through Friday afternoon.
