Peabody — Mrs. June Matrona Dill, age 94 years, formerly of Peabody and Lynn, died Wednesday at Putnam Farms Assisted Living in Danvers, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Harry W. Dill, Jr., with whom she spent 66 years of marriage.

After her daughter, Nancy, was born, June became a stay-at-home mom, and also was the bookkeeper for Glenmere Service Station in Lynn until Harry and June sold the gas station in 1984. She was devoted to her husband and daughter, and her church, the former Maple Street Methodist Church, where she served as Church Treasurer, Women’s Society President, and taught Sunday School. June was also former president of the PTO and a former Girl Scout Leader.
