Elizabeth M. Casey, 95


Beverly — Elizabeth M. (Halpin) Casey 95, beloved wife of the late Edward F. Casey, died on Monday, March 24, 2014, at Bright View Assisted Living in Danvers.

Born and raised in Everett, she was the daughter of the late Thomas F. and Lena (Doucette) Halpin. She received her education in the Everett School System.

A resident of Beverly for 35 years, she was a member of the Lynn Hospital Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially their trips to Ireland and Bermuda. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving her are two sons, Robert Casey and his wife, Anne Khan of Chicago, Ill., and Thomas of New Hampshire; two grandchildren, Ryan Casey and his wife, Courtenay, of New York, and Lauren Lawrence and her husband, Ronald, of Dorchester; and a great-granddaughter, Fiona Casey.

ARRANGEMENTS: A memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church, 111 New Balch St., Beverly, on Thursday, April 10, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Arrangements are by the Campbell–Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, North Beverly.
