Brockton, MA — John “Jack” Driscoll, 64, passed away in his home in Brockton on June 15. He was born on May 9, 1949, to Francis and Ruth Driscoll in Beverly, where he spent his childhood. He also enjoyed summers on Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester with family and friends.
Jack graduated from Saint John’s Preparatory School in Danvers, and then went on to complete his higher education at Salem State College in Salem, Mass.
He made a positive impact on many students he taught in North Attleboro, and was part-owner of Falls Paint and Wallpaper, also in North Attleboro.
Jack enjoyed fishing, skiing and watching the Bruins, but his happiest times were spent with his daughter, Caitlin and his friends and family.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Caitlin Thomas and her husband, Jeffrey Thomas of San Francisco; Caitlin’s mother, Nancy Driscoll of Attleboro; his sister, Ann Matney; aunt, Mary Pyde; niece, Andrea Knight; and a grand-niece, Tiegan Eisenhower, all of Beverly.
ARRANGEMENTS: Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, from 6 to 7 p.m., in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove St., North Attleboro. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home at the conclusion of visitation at 7 p.m.
