Harwich — Dorothy A. (Welenc) Fabiszewski, 86, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on January 25, 2013, at the Weymouth Healthcare Center after valiantly fighting a tough battle with a progressive illness for the last few years. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward S. Fabiszewski.
Dorothy was born in Salem, on November 16, 1926, and lived the majority of her life in Lexington before moving to Harwich in 1983.
She was a loving and devoted mother and is survived by her three daughters, Patty Stone and husband Paul of Suffield, Conn., Cindy Glover and husband Phil of West Yarmouth, and Donna Glover of Hudson. She also leaves her grandchildren, Debbie Roy and husband Jack, Matthew Stone, Christopher Glover and wife Jenny, Ashley Glover, Dan Glover and wife Lauren; five great-grandchildren, Molly and Taylor Stone, Emily, Kaitlyn and Max Glover; her sister Isabelle Sweeney; brother-in-law Ronald Fabiszewski and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral services will be held from the David H. Gonet Funeral Home, 22 Hawthorne Blvd., Salem, on Thursday, January 31, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 15 Hawthorne Blvd., Salem, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
