Beverly — Mrs. Josephine “Faye” (Lawler) Olson, 84, of Beverly, beloved wife of the late, William F.P. Olson died Wednesday, March 20 at Twin Oaks of Danvers.
Born in Bangor, Maine, she was the daughter of late, James Edward and Eva (Marney) Lawler. She was raised and educated in Sherman Station, Maine. In her early twenty’s, Faye moved to Boston and later to Salem where she worked as a bookkeeper for the H.S. Gilman Metal Fabrication Co. She married and with her husband and family moved to Bridgeton, Maine and was employed by the Shaw's Supermarket Company where she worked as a demonstrator and retired from the North Conway Shaw's. Faye loved to garden and travel, especially to Florida; she also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren for whom she truly loved.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Patrazza and her husband, Michael of Beverly; her two sons, Ronald Hartford of Ogden, Utah and William Olson of Calif.; her grandchildren, Liane and Daniel Patrazza, Evan Olson, Ronald, Kevin and Erin Hartford; her four great- grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her two sisters, Rosemary Robinson of Bangor, Maine and Sally Brennan of Greensboro, N.C.; her brother, Patrick Lawler of Raymond, Maine and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late, Helen Hahne, Maurice Lawler, William Lawler and Frances Gallant and former wife of the late, Lloyd Hartford.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral Mass will be held in the Immaculate Conception Church, Hawthorne Blvd., Salem, Monday, March 25, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
