Helen M. (Kelly) Rivitz, 77, of Peabody, died peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday afternoon at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of the late Jerrold M. Rivitz.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Lavelle) Kelly. She was raised and educated in Revere and has spent the last 43 years living in Peabody.
She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Bob O’Brien and Liz and John McNealy, all of Peabody, and Sharon and Eddie Cora of Lawrence, her siblings, Tommy Kelly, Mary Bonasaro, Margaret Perry, and Anna Croce, her four grandchildren, Katie and Danny O’Brien, Lexi McNealy, and D.J. Cora and also by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Adelaide’s Church to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
