Clarksville, Tennessee — Scott Swiniarski, age 42, died unexpectedly at his home in Clarksville, TN. Born in Beverly on December 4, 1969 and raised in Salem, Scott attended Salem schools before graduating from the North Shore Regional Vocational Technical High School.
Upon graduation, Scott enlisted in the US Army. After successful completion of qualification and assessment courses, he was assigned to A company 2nd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment. This was Scott’s proudest accomplishment. The brotherhood that he found there lasts forever. Later, Scott was a carpenter by trade and also attended Salem State and Fitchburg State colleges.
Scott is survived by his mother Kristin (Swiniarski) McInnes of Salem, father Bruce McInnes and his wife Kathy of Haverhill, brothers Adam McInnes of Haverhill, Greg McInnes and his wife Heather of Sarasota FL, his sister, Jennifer Bertelli and her husband Devon of Beverly Farms, two nephews, two nieces, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends Rick and Lisa Nielsen. He also leaves his dog and best buddy Solo. Scott will be dearly missed by many extended family members and friends including Charles Felt and Lexcey Felt.
ARRANGEMENTS: ARRANGEMENTS: A memorial will be held on Saturday, November 17 from 12-4 pm at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, MA. A formal Memorial Service will commence at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Scott M Swiniarski Memorial Fund.
