Verona, Wis. — Mrs. Margaret M. (Carrier) Bresnahan, 94, formerly of Beverly, wife of the late Karl Bresnahan, died Saturday, November 10, 2012, in Wisconsin.
Born in Tewksbury, she was the daughter of the late Erase and Sarah (Alaine) Carrier. She was raised and educated in Salem. Mrs. Bresnahan had been employed for many years as a sales clerk at several retail stores on the North Shore until the time of her retirement.
She was a resident of the City of Beverly for most of her life before moving to Chicago, Ill. in 1992 and then settling in Verona, Wis. in 1996 where she had since resided. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister-in-law and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the entire staff of Oakwood Village where Peggy resided the last ten years for their loving and & compassionate care. Mom, we will miss you.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Malina and her husband, David of Verona, Wis.; two grandchildren, Chris Malina of Madison, Wis. and Jason Malina of Skokie, Ill.; two great grandchildren, Taylor and Riley Malina, and a sister-in-law, Peggy Bresnahan of Beverly.
ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral service will be held at the Campbell – Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly (North Beverly location), Friday, November 16, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
