Salem — Florence C. Caouette, 66, of Salem, formerly of Worcester, died Monday, September 24, 2012, in the Devereux House, Marblehead, following a lengthy illness.
Born in Chico, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Roger and Agnes (Anderson) Caouette. Florence moved to Worcester where she raised her family and lived most of her adult life until recently moving to Salem to stay with her daughter. Florence loved life, music, animals, and above all she especially loved and cherished her children and grandchildren who will miss her dearly.
Surviving her is a son, David Caouette and his wife Sandra of Ashland; a daughter, Christina Caouette of Salem; two brothers, Richard Caouette and Roger Caouette Jr., both of Worcester; six sisters, Virginia Hilton and her husband Edward, Helen Caouette, all of Charlton, Margaret Sullivan and her husband Brian of Vermont, Elizabeth Kenderson, Carol Caouette and Dorothy Derosier and her husband James, all of Worcester, and six grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Theresa Morrow.
