Paul E. Tache, 70


Hatfield, PA — Paul E. Tache, age 70, of Hatfield, Pa., died Sunday, September 23, after being stricken at his residence. He was the husband of Pauline M. (Allard) Tache.

Born in Salem, he was the son of Beatrice (Chaput) Tache-Bergeron of Peabody, and the late Eudore Tache. Paul graduated from Salem High School Class of '61 then enlisted in the Navy. After his enlistment he completed his education at Northeastern University and was employed by CPM Wolverine Proctor LLC, of Horsham as a sales engineer.

He was talented and enjoyed the art of woodworking and making furniture. Much of what he made, he donated or gave as gifts to family and friends. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing and canoeing and woodworking with his friends at the PEAK Center, Lansdale. Paul and Pauline were heavily involved in the Delaware Valley Hemophilia Foundation.

In addition to his wife of 47 years, he is survived by two sons, Timothy P. Tache, Matthew R. Tache and partner Tiffany Wildes; two brothers, Arthur Tache and wife Martha Jane of Salem, Robert Bergeron and wife Donna of Beverly; one sister Mary Ann Bergeron and husband Eric Fancy of Anson, Maine. He was preceded in death by a son Richard A. Tache.

ARRANGEMENTS: Services were held at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home in Telford, Franconia Township, Pa. followed by a funeral mass at St. Maria Goretti Church in Hatfield.
