Peabody — Edna G. Hallen, 100, of Peabody, died on Monday, March 31, 2014. She was the wife of the late Arthur R. Hallen.

Born in Somerville on February 26, 1914, she raised and educated in Somerville, and was a graduate of Saint Clement’s High School.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling, especially to Siesta Key, Fla.

She leaves two daughters, Marilyn Orthman and her husband, Bernie, of Peabody, and Janice Monaghan and her husband, Lawrence, of Florida; her grandchildren, Sean Malone and his wife, Tara, Timothy Malone, David Monaghan and his wife, Patty, and Deborah Donahoe and her husband, Brian, and three great-grandchildren, Lilah, Matthew and Michael.

ARRANGEMENTS: As requested, funeral services will be held privately and there are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, and in Edna’s honor, tell your family that you love them.
