Mabel E. Currier, 92


Beverly — Mrs. Mabel E. Currier, 92, of Beverly, formerly of Danvers, died on Sunday at the Ledgewood Rehab and Nursing Center. Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Katherine Morse. She was the devoted wife of the late Alfred Currier Jr.

Mabel enjoyed traveling and time spent socializing with her friends. She was also a very active member of the Church in the Cove.

She is survived by her son, Philip Currier and his wife, Donna, of Beverly; her grandchildren, Brian, Kathy, Melissa and Jonathan; several great-grandchildren; and her daughter-in-law, Roseanne Currier of Beverly. In addition to her husband, Alfred, she was predeceased by her children, Alfred III, Bruce, Katherine, and Roland Currier.

ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be held in the Campbell-Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 9 Dane Street, downtown Beverly, on Friday, October 11, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
