Beverly — Mary G. (Vitale) DiRubio, 92, beloved wife of the late Henry J. DiRubio, died Friday, October 25, 2013, at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born and raised in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Albina Vitale. She received her education in the Beverly School System.
Mrs. DiRubio had been employed for many years by the B & M Railroad in Boston. At the time of her retirement, she had worked as a broker in the real estate industry for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy DiRubio and her husband, John “Jay” Splaine Jr., of Beverly; three sisters-in-law, Sophie DeRubio of Danvers, Mary Aucone of Beverly and Sharon DiRubio of Taunton and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Rosemary Garcelon, Louis Vitale and Jerry Vitale.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 253 Cabot Street, Beverly, Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Beverly.
