Frankie E. DeCoster, 68


South Hamilton — Frankie E. DeCoster, 68, beloved husband of the late Denise P. (Charron) DeCoster, died unexpectedly, Sunday, November 25, 2012.

Born in Maine, he received his education in the Beverly school system and graduated from the Beverly Vocational High School.

Mr. DeCoster spent most of his career as a general contractor in the North Shore area. He was also the former Building Inspector for the Town of Hamilton.

A longtime resident of Hamilton, he was a dedicated member of the American Legion in Hamilton and was known by all for his great stories.

Frankie is survived by two nieces, Rebecca (Charron) Seaha and her husband, Andrew of Salem, and Jessica Charron of Danvers; a nephew, Christopher Charron and his fiancé Robin Spears of Beverly; four great-nephews, Joseph, William, Charles and Samuel; a great-niece, Elaina; two brothers-in-law, Roger Charron and his wife, Elaine of Danvers, and Richard Charron and his wife, Elayne of South Hamilton. Frankie is also survived by many great friends. He was pre-deceased by his parents and his brother, William DeCoster and sister, Donna DeCoster.

ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral service will be held at the Campbell–Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly (North Beverly Location), Friday, November 30, at 2:30 p.m. A visiting hour will be held prior to the service on Friday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Burial in Hamilton Cemetery.
