Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Maurice F. and Willena (Fish) Collins. Mrs. Feenan was raised in Peabody and graduated from St. Mary’s High School, Lynn in the class of 1952. She was a member of the National Honor Society. Following high school, Mrs. Feenan attended Boston College, School of Education and graduated with honors in 1956 as part of the first class of women. She received her Master's degree in education in 1979 from Salem State College.

    Boynton Beach, FL — Jean Paul Ripley, 86, of Boynton Beach, Fla., passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014. Jean was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on July 18, 1927 to Walter C. and Esther M. (Cochran) Paul. The family then moved to Pittsburgh, Pa., where she learned to love the ballet, plays, concerts and also dancing to the Big Bands of the 40s. She was married to Lynn M. Ripley of Leetonia, Ohio for 61 years. Jean was predeceased by her husband, Lynn. She is survived by her sons, William of Boynton Beach, Robert (Donna) of Lantana, and Scott of Conconully, Wash.

    Peabody — Mildred (Betty) Elizabeth Lewis Keeler, residing at Brooksby Village in Peabody, died June 13, 2014. Born Sept. 21, 1930 in Clifton, N.J., to William Parker Lewis, Jr. and Mildred Brautigam Lewis. Sister to Katherine Lewis (deceased) and William P. Lewis, III of Valley Stream, N.Y. A graduate of Valley Stream Central High School and Pratt Institute, Betty held several professional positions with Betton and Bowles, IBM, Clairol, and Bristol-Myers. Betty also pursued an acting and modeling career, appearing in several commercials and movies. Betty’s interests included travel, dining, crossword puzzles, the arts, and all things Welsh. She is survived by her brother, William Parker Lewis, III; her son, John Blabe from Yuma, Ariz.; her daughter, Nancy Blabe, from Phoenix, Ariz.; and her son, Bill Blake, from Marblehead, Mass., as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
