    Lawrence, MA — Matthew James Cirinna, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Beloved father, son, brother, uncle, he was living in Lawrence at the time of his death. Matthew attended Masconomet Regional High School and completed numerous auto mechanic courses. Over the course of his career he received several Star Technician Awards from Mercedes Benz. He is survived by his mother, Daureen W. Peterson; his sister, Jessica Albrecht; two brothers, Neal Cirinna (Madelyn) and Geoff Cirinna; and his five children, Elizabeth Cirinna (Luis Mendez), Nathan Cirinna, Daniel Cirinna, Jaclyn Cirinna, and Rachel Cirinna, and his former wife, Lisa de Winter Cirinna; as well as four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Richard was a retired electronics technician and had worked for a number of firms, including EMC, Honeywell and Teradyne. Prior to that, he was employed for several years by St. Johnsbury Trucking. He enjoyed working on computers, but mostly enjoyed time spent with his family and grandchildren.

    Granby, MA — Arlene L. (Berube) MacBrien, 80, of Truby Street died on April 23, 2013, in Springfield. Born March 4, 1933, in Beverly, she was the daughter Armand and Emily Berube and lived in the Danvers area for many years, graduating from Holten High School, Class of 1951. She has lived in Granby since 1968, and had previously lived in New Hampshire and Guam. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church in South Hadley and sang in the choir. Arlene was a former Girl Scout leader and sold Avon for a time. Surviving are two sisters, Janice Walden and her husband, Ronald Walden of Danvers, Mass., and June C. Berube of Danvers, Mass.; stepson, David C MacBrien of Canada; stepdaughter, Deborah MacBrien of Holland. Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas V. MacBrien.
