Letter: Haines family grateful for support

To the editor:

On July 8, we lost a very much loved family man to cancer. The battle was fought with a lot of courage and dignity, but life has a way of taking those who mean so much to so many people.

The outpouring of kind words, memories, sympathy and gestures cannot be more appreciated. We, the family of William S. “Esso” Haines, are so grateful to everyone for their love and support.
