Letter: Thank you, Beverly safety personnel

To the editor:

We would like to write to publicly thank the members of the Beverly Police Department, the Beverly Fire Department, the emergency medical technicians, and the staff of the Beverly Hospital emergency department who assisted our father, Paul J. Barnico, on Sunday morning, March 2. Officers Collins and Lantych of the police department and firefighters Saunders and Steves, as well as the other first responders and hospital staff, exhibited professionalism and compassion for both our father and family members who were present. They made an extremely difficult situation a little easier and we will be always grateful.
