Tierney talks student loans on House floor

Earlier this week, Congressman John Tierney, D-Salem, filed legislation that would allow students and their families to refinance student loans at the lower rates currently available to new borrowers. U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren has filed similiar legislation in the Senate. Tierney spoke on the issue on the House floor Thursday. What follows is a video of his remarks.
