Letter: House move should ease communities' Tech pain

Fortunately, the House of Representatives accepted the Ways and Means favorable recommendation of my amendment and covered the shortfall for the district and the city of Peabody.

The editorial also addressed the increases local communities are facing as the new school prepares to open their doors in September.

Hopefully, the $536,000, or a portion of these funds, directed to the district in this amendment can be utilized to soften that blow.

Theodore Speliotis

State Representative

13th Essex District
