Letter: Pleased with depot’s progress

To the editor:

I’m glad the Salem railroad station project is picking up steam. As I, and others, have said in the past, Salem needs a new, bigger building, one with restroom facilities and a place to wait with cover from the elements.

We need more parking there, too. This is the place for progress to continue with great hopes.
