Letter: Health care reform reveals country's greatness

To the editor:

If you ever have to go to an emergency room for a real emergency, just look around. Ninety-eight percent of everyone sitting and waiting to see a doctor are there because they cannot afford to see a doctor in a regular office setting because they have no insurance; they have colds, sore throats, etc. Not an emergency situation, but they have no choice. Who have we been fooling? We all pay for those visits, by the cost of our health insurance. Now, almost all Americans will be treated equally. After all, this is the greatest country in the world. Finally we can show the rest of the world!
