Letter: Mills respectful, thoughtful

To the editor:

I would ask that Danvers voters consider David Mills for selectman in the Town Election on May 7.

David is an outstanding individual well-qualified by both work and life experience. He has served as a Town Meeting member for more than 25 years, town moderator for three terms, and is a founding member of the Danvers Diversity Committee.

He is a highly regarded attorney and was a well-respected judge on the Massachusetts Appeals Court judge for 11 years.

David and I have been friends since we were kids growing up in town, and I know him to be a sincere and compassionate man of absolute integrity.

He has a simply amazing work ethic and a very strong desire to give back to the town he loves so much.

He is, of course, intelligent and articulate and, perhaps most important in these times, a respectful and thoughtful listener. He will be an outstanding selectman.

Please vote David Mills for selectman on May 7. Thank you.

Bob Wilson
