Letter: Bus route would benefit all

To the editor:

Recently, I was thinking of the feasibility of a bus route between Gloucester and Salem. Anyone reading this letter will say, “That’s because he has a connection with both cities.”

I admit the connection, but I say that if the ride were inexpensive, I would occasionally take it.

I don’t know if such a ride has ever been proposed, but I believe it would be economically beneficial to both cities.

Historically, both cities are well-known, and such a ride would encourage visitation, as well as “outside” tourists to visit the area.
