It is interesting to note the Salem News reporting about the 39 public employees receiving both a pension and noncontributing Social Security after working for one day at the housing authority, whereas we state employees working many years for the community college had two-thirds of our contributed Social Security taken away by the state because we have a pension (a small one). Is this justice?
