Howell Design and Build, a residential design and building firm owned by Stephen and Susan Howell of Boxford, recently won an award at the Evening of Excellence awards banquet hosted by the Eastern Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. The company's business office is in Lawrence.
