Associated Home Care Inc. of Beverly has been selected as the 2009 Corporate Award Winner of the "We Give Thanks" Awards presented by North Shore Elder Services and GateHouse Media New England.

The Cancer Data Management program at Beverly and Addison Gilbert hospitals was recently commended for its contributions to the Massachusetts Cancer Registry, which received a gold certificate from the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries for providing quality, complete and timely data.

Heritage Salem Five Charitable Foundation, which was established by Salem Five Bank, recently granted $5,000 to four nonprofit agencies: Beverly Bootstraps, Salem Cyberspace, The Salem Mission and Wellspring House.

NMTW Community Credit Union, which has branch offices in Danvers, served as a drop-off location for Holten Richmond Middle School's Thanksgiving food drive for the People to People Food Pantry, which collected 3,569 pounds of food, and also donated $1,000 to the pantry.
