Dr. Holly Mason has joined the staff of Howard Goldberg, M.D., and Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Laser Center in Swampscott. She is a recent graduate of Tufts Medical School and has a special interest in dermatologic surgery and pediatric dermatology.

Carla Panciera, a teacher at Ipswich High School, has won the 2009 Bordighera Poetry Prize, given annually to a poet of Italian-American descent whose manuscript will be published as a bilingual volume, for her manuscript "No Day, No Dusk, No Love."
