Martin and Valerie Harrington of Hagaman, N.Y., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany A. Harrington to Derek J. Carpenter, son of John and Patricia Carpenter, of Peabody.
Brittany is a 1999 graduate of Amsterdam High School. and a 2003 graduate of Providence College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management. She is employed at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as a Network Management Consultant, in Quincy.
Derek is a 1999 graduate of St. John's Prep and a 2003 graduate of Providence College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He is employed at Atrium Medical Corporation as a Territory Manager, in Hudson, N.H.
