Thomas and Lillian (Lacolla) Page, of Peabody (formerly of Lawrence) will be celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary on Feb 9.

They met at Lawrence High School when they were juniors.

They were married in Lawrence on Feb 9, 1944 during World War II.

They are the parents of John and his wife Ann of Dania, Fla., Linda, wife of Ken Leahy of Windham, N.H. and Tom and his wife Renee of North Andover.

They will be celebrating with an anniversary dinner. with their children and their five grandchildren, Lauren, Kellan, Scott, Harrison, and Danielle.

They are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C. in April.

Mrs. Page is the former owner of Floral Creations in Peabody.

Mr. Page retired as a territory manager for General Foods Corporation.

Their secret to a long, happy marriage is loving each other, being a good listener, having a sense of humor and having a loving, supportive family.
