"Buddha's Lost Children," winner of the Audience Award at the recent Salem Film Fest, has been scheduled for a one-week exclusive engagement at CinemaSalem from March 28 to April 3.

This feature-length documentary tells of Khru Bah, a Thai Buddhist monk who, armed only with his faith and skills as a master boxer, wages an inspirational battle to help orphaned children, fight drug abuse and preserve a vanishing way of life. Filmmaker Mark Verkerk follows Khru Bah for several months on his crusade through the rugged jungle of Thailand's Golden Triangle, center of the opium trade.

Cinema Salem is at One East India Square, Salem. For tickets and more information, call 978-744-1400 or visit www.CinemaSalem.com.
