Library fetes 40 years The Topsfield Public Library celebrates its 40th birthday, and the 10th anniversary of its expansion and renovation, today. A cake will be cut and shared at 12:30 p.m. The library, at 1 S. Common St. in Topsfield, is one of the busiest in the state for its size.
