July 03, 2008 12:45 am Witchstock returns to the Salem Willows on Saturday with a free concert, from 2 to 10 p.m. at the bandstand, 158 Fort Ave. The day will feature the National Anthem, plenty of events for kids and lots of local rock from The Willows, Endway, Rogue Heroes, Toobokou, Status Green, The Force, Prospect Hill and Cherry S/T.
