DANVERS — Newly elected Town Meeting members will have a chance to learn parliamentary procedures when Town Moderator Patricia Fraizer takes them to school.
Town Meeting School is in session next Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Daniel J. Toomey hearing room in Town Hall. The school is designed for those new to Town Meeting, as well as those members who need a refresher on how representative town meeting operates.
This might also be a time for members to let Fraizer know if they will be offering up amendments to the warrant or fiscal year 2009 budget.
Town Meeting itself takes place May 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Holten Richmond Middle School's multipurpose room, 55 Conant St.
